Brief Info
ZZG series grizzly vibrating feeders are of low profile synchronized inertia newly developed by the company with imported British technique and mainly used for evenly feeding run-of-quarry rock prior to a primary crusher. In general, hopper is set above the feeder for storing materials and distributor is set under is to receive undersize material from grizzlies and change discharge passage.
The grizzly rack of the feeder is usually of double steps adaptable itself for the impact of loading shocks. The spacing of the grizzly bar can be adjustable. Narrow spacing is used when a lot of clay contained in feeding material. Thus, the undersize material passing through discharge chute will be conveyed by side conveyor as wastes enabling clean materials to be fed by primary crusher. When few clay and mud being contained in feeding material, broader spacing can be adjusted, so the undersize material passing through distributor and by passing primary crusher can enter directly to the main conveyor underneath to raise the capacity of primary crushing unit.
